Nos buscaron mas tarde del horario aunque gracias al Soporte on line nos indicaron la demora. Todo muy bien.. Salvo que no nos dieron unos minutos para hacer alguna compra en Arraial Do cabo, le pedimos a la guía al menos 5 min para comprar algo q vimos en la esquina del restaurant y no nos dejo (una pena) Dijo que estábamos demorados por el almuerzo cuando nos entregaron los platos tarde. Pésimo todo, EL GUÍA HORRIBLE , nos vendieron una cosa que no brindaron y de lo que se podía hacer (paseo en barco más breve) el guía nos quería convencer que. I vais la pena y que no se podía, UN DESASTRE, fuimos igual a ese paseo en barco y estuvo genial y lo aprovechamos, nos separamos del contingente y el guía no respondía nuestros mensajes ni nos daba los puntos de encuentro, nos salvo otro guía de otra empresa. Además ustedes nos dijeron 6.30 y pasaron 7.30.. y de allá salimos tarde

La excursión no nos recogió cerca de nuestro hotel. El conductor llego 30’ tarde. Al llegar a Cabo Frio supimos que no era posible hacer el paseo en barco y la excursión se hizo terrestre. Un experiencia para la cual requirió uso de taxis para trasladarse por la ciudad y los accesos a las playas son muy complicados y exigen un esfuerzo físico fuera de lo común. Al regresar el bus, luego de 1 hora y media resultó con una avería y debimos ser cambiados a otro transporte y todavía no llegamos.

The tour didn't pick us up near our hotel. The driver arrived 30 minutes late. Upon arriving in Cabo Frio, we learned that the boat trip wasn't possible, so the excursion was done on land. This experience required using taxis to get around town, and access to the beaches is very difficult and demands an unusual level of physical exertion. On the return trip, after an hour and a half, the bus broke down, and we had to be transferred to another vehicle. We still haven't arrived.

Muy mal, supuestamente por el viento no hubo barco, fuimos a 3 playas mas de 20 personas en taxi, un caos!! Parecíamos refugiados moviéndonos de un lado a otro entre la multitud. Nada que ver con lo que vinimos a buscar! Descansó, placer, nada! Demasiado tiempo arriba de autos, subiendo y bajando escaleras o esperando al grupo. Una decepción! Para finalizar a la vuelta el micro se descompuso y esperamos otro. El guía Amaro estuvo muy amable y respetuoso. Civitatis debería tener una atención!

Very bad. Supposedly, due to the wind, there was no boat. We went to three beaches with over 20 other people in a taxi—it was chaos! We felt like refugees, moving from one place to another in the crowd. It was nothing like what we came for! Rest, pleasure—nothing! Too much time spent in cars, going up and down stairs, or waiting for the group. A disappointment! To top it all off, on the way back, the bus broke down, and we had to wait for another one. Negocio redondo! El guía decía que tenía el mejor trabajo del mundo y lo entiendo, porque salvo estar ahí, no hacía mucho más. Una segunda empresa que es la que gestiona el barco y la cual pagas aparte, sí que se lo curran mucho. Muy divertidos y competentes. Antes de llegar se sube al autobús un tío a venderte fundas para el agua que luego cuestan la mitad en el sitio. Las playas son preciosas, pero básicamente te sientes como ganado al que sacan a pasear.

It was a great deal! The guide said he had the best job in the world, and I understand, because apart from being there, he didn't do much else. Fue una experiencia increíble. Las playas que visitamos son muy hermosas y las personas a cargo del Tour nos trataron muy bien. Lo único que si debo mencionar es que el Tour depende de la autorización de la marina y por el mal tiempo casi es cancelado e iba a ser reemplazo por un Tour con playas de la zona. Recomendado, Puntuales en la búsqueda, el tour efectivamente dura 13 horas o más, saber que no podrás incluir más actividades este día, es super entretenido ido el tour, el único punto negativo a decir es el almuerzo, te daban varias opciones a elegir muy buenas pero las porciones super pequeñas, era un trozo de pescado de unos 100 gramos algo muy negativo para alguien paso todo el día en la playa y en barco, a mejorar el tema de la comida nada más, del resto, recomendado.
