When purchasing your entrance ticket to Hell's Gate, you can choose between the following options:
With this ticket, you'll discover the healing powers of Rotorua's most active geothermal reservoir. During the experience, you'll be able to relax and enjoy these naturally heated pools while admiring the unique native flora that surrounds them – you'll feel rejuvenated both inside and out!
This option will give you access to the sulfur spas and the cold water pool. The experience lasts an hour and a half.
This option is the best option to get the most out of Hell's Gate. With this combo ticket, you'll have access to all the pools of the geothermal complex, a guided tour of Hell's Gate, and you'll be able to take a healing mud bath. An unforgettable experience!
This option has a duration of 3 hours. Please note that it is not recommended to spend more than 20 minutes in the mud bath.
Hell's Gate only offers two guided tours per day: at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. If you don't have access at these times, you'll have to take the tour on your own.
