Explore the heart of remote northwest Argentina and discover some of its picturesque towns and villages. This is the perfect tour for your stay in San Miguel de Tucuman.

Towns of Tucuman Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán at 2 pm. From there, we will then head into the town of Yerba Buena, located in the middle of the jungle.

From the minibus, we will admire the famous settlement of Villa Nougues, and learn about its fascinating history. We will continue to the San Javier hill, which we will reach winding through more than 100 curves. We make a stop at the Cristo Bendicente statue, from where we will have an exceptional view of the region.

Later on, we'll stop at the beautiful village of Raco and also El Siambon, home to the famous Benedictine Convent. After the visit, we will continue to the El Cadillal Dam to witness the beautiful natural spectacle of the opening of the floodgates on the Salí River.

After a fun-filled five hours, the tour of the towns of Tucumán finishes as we arrive back at San Miguel de Tucumán at 7 pm.
