Ready for an unforgettable day of skiing in the Andes? We'll pick you up from your hotel in Santiago, and from there, we'll head east out of the Chilean capital, learning about the ski resort along the way.
First, we'll make a quick stop at a shop where you can rent ski or snowboard gear. Once you're all set, we'll continue on to a café where you can grab breakfast on your own.
After fueling up, we'll continue our drive, and after about 1.5 hours on the road from Santiago, we'll arrive at El Colorado, one of the most iconic ski resorts in the Andes mountain range.
At this winter sports resort, you'll have about 8 hours of free time to enjoy the slopes and lively atmosphere at your own pace. The resort also has several restaurants where you can grab lunch on your own.
Finally, in the afternoon, we'll meet back up for the drive back to your hotel in Santiago, wrapping up this 12- to 13-hour day trip.
