The adventure begins! We'll pick you up at your hotel in Tashkent and take you to the train station, where we'll board a train for Kokand, a city located in the Fergana Valley

Upon arrival, we'll take a tour of Kokand, visiting the Khudoyar-Khan Palace, the Jami Mosque, and the Norbut-Biy Madrasa. Afterwards we'll travel by bus to the village of Oq Yer, where we'll visit the workshop of a local craftsman and meet a traditional Kyrgyz family, who will show us one of their main crafts: wool carpets. We'll spend the night in a hotel in Fergana.

Day 2: Fergana - Rishtan - Margilan - Tashkent

We'll have breakfast at the hotel and depart for Rishtan, a town known for its ceramic industry. Here, a master craftsman will welcome us into his home to show us some of his works, which have been exhibited in multiple World Fairs. In addition, you'll enjoy a pottery workshop where you'll be able to make your own piece!

The next stop of the day will be in Margilan, where we'll visit the madrasa of Said Akhmad-Khoja, which nowadays is used as a silk factory. We'll then stroll through a traditional market and enter the Yodgorlik silk factory, where we'll see how this fiber is treated and used to make luxurious, high-quality fabrics. On Thursdays and Sundays, we'll be able to visit the Kumtapa Bazaar, the largest market in the Fergana Valley. In the afternoon, we'll take a train in Margilan to return to Tashkent, where we'll spend the night.

Once you have settled in at the hotel, we'll set out on a tour of Khiva where we'll see the imposing fortress of Itchan-Kala, the madrasas of Amin Khan and Mukhammad Rahimkhan, and the minaret of Kalta.
