Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 21 of Calle Juárez, right in the heart of Tequila, to kick off a truly special tour. Are you ready to have some fun?
We'll hop aboard a unique barrel-shaped bus to tour the town of Tequila and learn about its history. Taking advantage of our meeting point, we'll head through the main square to admire the traditional architecture of the old town and its picturesque cobbled streets.
The tour will be accompanied by music, and you can toast with as much tequila as you like. An open bar is included! From the centre, we'll head to the surrounding area to stop at the impressive agave fields, a landscape declared a World Heritage Site.
The route will continue with a visit to the La Aguirreña distillery. Here, we'll learn all about the process of making tequila first-hand, from harvesting the agave to the final distillation. And to round off the experience, we'll enjoy a tasting of 5 types of tequila and liqueurs produced at the distillery.
After the tasting, we'll take you back to the starting point, where we'll finally say goodbye after a total of 2.5 hours.
