- Fresh lettuce with ventresca (tuna belly) and prawns
- Sticky rice with boletus and baby squid
- Veal cheek with vegetables

- Pairing with 5 wines from Valladolid: Rueda Nidia white wine, Cigales Salvuerosrosé, Ribera Embocadero and Toro Javier Gamazo reds, and Rueda Lágrima de Prius sweet wine

This menu includes:
- Three types of croquettes
- Homemade apple and goat cheese puff pastry
- PanKo shrimp with sweet chilli sauce
- Sticky rice with boletus and baby squid
- Sirloin steak with peppers and poached garlic
- Cheese cake
- Pairing of 6 national and international wines: Penedés cava, Chardonnay Mendoza white, Shiraz Murray Darling red, Cabernet California and Pinotage Paarl, and Mistela Valencia sweet wine.
