El problema con la excursión es que el rio está muy alto y no se puede ir en barco al lado de la ciudad, por lo que nos ha llevado para lado del puente y es muy fea esa parte. Antes de nada, Manish, el guía, muy buena gente. En este caso, la culpa fue de la agencia, que le avisó tarde. Nos cancelaron el itinerario porque el Ganges tenía un nivel muy alto y no se podía ir en barca (el Gobierno canceló también la ceremonia). Tour perdido avisado el día anterior (tarde). No entendemos cómo se avisa al guía la tarde anterior con la info del pasajero y no al momento de la reserva. Podríamos haber cambiado el plan. Al final hicimos el free tour con Manish.

Habíamos quedado a las 05:00 en kafe kashi y no ha venido nadie. Hemos llamado al teléfono, enviado mensajes y nadie contestaba. Una vergüenza. Nos hemos quedado sin excursión. Hemos hecho fotos en el punto de encuentro y hemos esperado una hora. Es una lástima porque teníamos ganas de hacer la excursión. Es la última vez que confiamos en Civitatis. Queremos el reembolso íntegro de la excursión que no hemos hecho porque no se han presentado!! Nos hemos levantado a las 04:00 para nada.

Nuestra experiencia con Civitatis fue frustrante. Reservamos un tour a las 5:30 a.m., pero a las 3:44 a.m. nos informaron que sería a las 6:00 a.m. Luego, a las 4:30 a.m., nos dijeron que en realidad era a las 5:00 a.m. y que podíamos cambiarlo al atardecer. Estos cambios de último minuto hicieron imposible concretarlo. La falta de organización y comunicación no nos permitió realizar el tour. No lo recomendamos si buscan un servicio puntual y confiable.

Our experience with Civitatis was frustrating. We booked a tour at 5:30am, but at 3:44am we were told it would be at 6:00am. Then at 4:30am we were told it was actually at 5:00am and we could change it to sunset. These last minute changes made it impossible to make it happen. The lack of organization and communication prevented us from taking the tour. We do not recommend it if you are looking for a punctual and reliable service.

Nos timaron. A las 12 de la noche, el guia nos envió un mensaje que habría que pagar 400 rupias más por persona porque las autoridades habían prohibido navegar a barcos pequeños debido al nivel alto del agua. Luego vimos que el agua estaba muy baja y al preguntarle nos dijo que lo que estaba prohibido eran los barcos de remo...una explicación muy poco clara y pagamos a regañadientes. La actividad es buena pero mejor hacerlo por cuenta propia, el guia no aporta nada.

No hemos realizado la actividad porque nos lo han cancelado sin aviso. Llamamos ayer varias veces para confirmar si lo harian por el temporal y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta. Nos hemos presentado en el punto de encuentro a la hora indicada y despues de esperar 45 minutos nos hemos ido. Hemos hablado con el proveedor y nos han pedido disculpas y que nos devolverian el dinero. Una falta de profesionalidad gravisima

Fuimos estafados. Horas antes de la actividad (cuando ya no se disponía de cancelación gratuita) el guía comentó que debía cobrar más dinero extra en efectivo ya que debían usar un barco más grande por el “crecimiento del río”. La sorpresa fue ver al día siguiente barcos pequeños navegando el río y sin poder cancelar la actividad porque hubieran cobrado igual. Nada recomendable. En el lugar hay barqueros que te cobran 1/4 que en civitatis y la ceremonia es gratuita en el ghat
