How Does It Work?
During the booking process, you'll need to choose the number of attractions you want to include (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7). After booking, we'll send you your digital Venice Flex Pass.
Afterward, you'll only need to present your digital pass at the entrance of each place. The pass is activated during the first visit and is valid for the following 30 days.
Cancellation Info
Cancellation for this activity is free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the selected validity period. However, please note the following exceptions.
- Activated pass: if you have already used the pass to access an attraction, it will no longer be refundable.
- Bookings made: if you have used the digital City Pass to book a time slot or a ticket at any of the attractions (even if you haven't visited yet), the pass will be considered activated, and no refunds will be issued.
