Austrian Beer Tasting

We'll meet outside Paddy's Bar in the centre of Vienna at 6:30 pm, ready to start our beer tasting experience. Entering the pub, we'll get to learn all about the qualities of Austrian beer and taste a number of different brews to identify their flavours.

First of all, you'll learn about the history and importance of Austrian beer. Popularised by Charles V in the 16th century, the success of this drink has continued to grow and grow.

Our guide will explain the different ingredients used in each type of beer. Lager, amber beer, dark beer, pale ale, beer with more or less hops, fruit beer... you'll be experts by the end of the experience! In total, you'll get to taste four beers with different qualities - cheers!

You'll also learn about the best way to serve the drink. Plus, you'll enjoy a blind tasting! With a blindfold on, you'll have to guess which beer you're sipping on. Will you guess correctly? We'll find out!

With the taste of beer on our lips, our hour and a half long beer tasting experience will come to an end at 8 pm.
