Early in the morning, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Zanzibar and take you to the airport. From there, you will board a flight that, in just an hour and a half, will take you directly to Mikumi National Park, the fourth-largest national park in Tanzania.
As soon as you land, we will hop into an off-roading vehicle to begin an exciting safari through the reserve. Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a guide specialized in wildlife, who will help you spot the animals and share fascinating insights about the savannah ecosystem.
Do you know what Mikumi National Park is famous for? Its incredible wildlife diversity. We will explore its vast plains in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes and lions, among many other species. Cameras ready to capture wildlife in its natural habitat.
Around midday, we will stop to enjoy an authentic bush lunch in the heart of nature, a unique dining experience served outdoors in the middle of the African savannah.
With renewed energy, we will continue the safari route, exploring other areas of the park to spot more native wildlife. Every moment may bring a new surprise, from large herds roaming the plains to exotic birds soaring overhead.
At 2:30 pm, we will conclude the safari and head back to the airstrip to take the return flight to Zanzibar. Once we land back on the island, we will take you to your hotel, where we will say goodbye after a total of 12 hours of adventure.
