Great trip! Opera Garnier was stunning. Travelling as a family can be difficult. However, our trip with civitatis was Stress free. I received regular updates via email, directions were easy to follow and we literally walked in upon arrival with no queueing. I definitely recommend booking with civitatis.
The chapelle is gorgeous. The waiting lineups were very well organized in 30 minute intervals. There were a lot of people inside both levels, however they do move quickly. Lots of coming and going. Washrooms were onsite.
