Bay of Islands Day Trip
Day Trip Details
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Auckland and head north by road to Far North, the northernmost part of New Zealand.
After approximately 3.5 hours, we'll reach the town of Paihia, the main town of the Bay of Islands. Are you ready to enjoy this place in all its splendour?
We'll board a boat and cruise the turquoise waters as we search for the great attractions, including the popular Hole in the Rock. We'll also try to spot the friendly dolphins that inhabit this bay.
But that's not all, a Bay of Islands cruise would not be complete without a stop at one of the islands. Have you heard of Urupukapuka Island before? We'll disembark for about 1 hour at this little piece of paradise so you can enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters and relax on the beach. If you're really adventurous, you can climb to the top, where you'll have unforgettable views of the entire bay.
Finally, we'll return to the boat and head back to the departure pier, where we'll finish the boat ride after 4.5 hours of sailing.
Once back on dry land, we'll make our way back to Auckland, where we'll drop you back at your hotel 12 hours later.
