La visita a Tulum en español fue muy pobre, la guía desconocía los aspectos históricos y artísticos del asentamiento. Cancelaron la experiencia en Akumal con las tortugas, el motivo por el que elegimos esta excursión, por estado del mar, no fue reponsabilidad de la agencia, por supuesto, pero la actividad que lo sustituyó fue muy aburrida y sin aliciente, la verdad, nadar en una salida de cenote llena de gente, muy soso. The tour of Tulum in Spanish was very poor; the guide was unfamiliar with the historical and artistic aspects of the settlement. Recomendo muito! Nosso passeio foi realizado pela Ocean Tours, com o guia Daniel e o motorista Simon. Tivemos sorte de cair com um grupo ótimo, pessoas felizes e educadas, fizemos nossos passeios com calma e tranquilidade! O coral é simplesmente fabuloso e poder nadar ao lado das imensas tartarugas marinhas, foi algo inexplicável! Eu e meu marido amamos! Tulum é um lugar muito lindo tbm. Perfeita, nenhuma reclamação! O Guia, chamado Rafa (okidoki Rafa People - nome do grupo) era super legal, atencioso e cuidadoso, além de muito divertido. Fomos pegos no hotel, então foi bem simples. O passeio foi perfeito demais, as tartarugas, a cidade, o cenote, são inacreditáveis! Vale destacar que o almoço acontece no cenote, e são tacos, então se vc não curte é melhor levar algo para comer (para mim estavam deliciosos). Recomendo muito o passeio! La recomiendo 100%, misma excursión que la ofrecida por otros operadores en el hotel y a mejor precio, 12 personas en microbús, guía muy simpático y que no solo te explica la historia de Tulum o Mexico sino que te acompaña a ver las tortugas y al cenote. La experiencia con tortugas fue increíble, estas literal con ellas mientras comen, nadan, suben a respirar. Lo que es muy importante y que nosotros desconociamos, es que para bañarte en Akumal y en cenote no te puedes poner crema solar, por lo que es imprescindible y con camiseta de manga larga y pantalon corto a ser posible para no achicharrarte como nos paso a nosotros :-( Totalmente recomendable!!! La excursión está muy bien, pero creo que en el área de Tulum se debería ampliar más tiempo, ya que apenas puedes tomar unas fotos y no te da tiempo a recorrer algunas zonas. El snorkel en Akumal está muy bien, los guías se esfuerzan en conseguir que veamos tortugas. Y el cenote es espectacular, es una cueva super bonita. Una de los mejores tours que he disfrutado en mi paso por México. Lamentablemente Tulum estaba cerrado por problemas de COVID, aún así la empresa nos ofreció una alternativa y ha sido fantástica, fuimos a Muyil luego snorkel en una laguna y terminamos en un cenote impresionante.
