After meeting up at the Akshardham metro station early in the morning, we will set off on our spiritual tour of the most iconic sacred locations around Delhi. We begin by giving a short introduction to the most important of Hinduism's rites.
Then, we head to the temple of Akshardham, one of the most famous Hindu temples in the city. Millennia of culture, spirituality, and tradition can be admired in the architecture of its façade. Inside, you will enjoy a screening of a documentary about the formative years of Swaminarayan, the deity to whom this shrine is dedicated.
On leaving Akshardham, we will pass through its parks as we continue learning more about Hinduism in Delhi. We then visit the temple of Loto and the pretty gardens, which are home to a beautiful, unique musical fountain show, sure to enchant.
To finish, you will taste a traditional snack of the Hindu religion. You will find out what it is when you arrive! Then, we'll wrap up the tour after a total of 2 hours of exploring and delving into Indian culture and traditions.
