Hanoi Food Tour
Starting from the meeting point on 39b P. Đào Duy Từ, then, we'll walk into the heart of Vietnam's bustling capital city.
Once in the center, we'll explore the narrow streets of the old town, admiring the colonial-style buildings and experiencing the magical chaos which characterizes large cities in this corner of the globe. Here the sidewalks are lined with all kinds of market stalls and food carts.
During the tour, we'll try the different dishes and foods that feature in the gastronomy of the region and the country in general.
You'll discover a wide variety of tasty contrasting flavors, including nộm bò khô (papaya with beef jerky), the famous bún chả (grilled pork with rice noodles), pho (rice noodle soup), bánh tôm (a ball of shrimp), and nem rán (spring rolls). In total, we'll get to taste five to eight different dishes - absolutely delicious!
After three hours of treating our taste buds to the flavors of Hanoi, we'll say goodbye near Hoàn Kiếm Lake.
Night market
If you reserve this gastronomy tour for Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening, you'll get to experience the night market, which begins on Hang Dao street and finishes at the magical Dong Xuan market.
