Halong and Lan Ha Bay Trip
At 7 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi before driving to Haiphong Port, about two and a half hours away.
As soon as we arrive, a boat will be waiting to take us out on a delightful cruise around Halong Bay which was rewarded the title of World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
We will reach the beautiful island of Cat Ba where we visit the Hospital Cave. Here, you will take a trip into the past as we explore what was once a remote Military base, shelter, and medical center during the Vietnam war.
Back on the boat, you will enjoy a traditional Vietnamese seafood lunch, while admiring the fantastic views of the surrounding islands and fantastic limestone formations.
Then its time to jump in a kayak and paddle on the gentle ocean waves. Then after that brilliant experience, we head to the lesser-known but equally spectacular Lan Ha Bay. We stop here so you can take a dip in the idyllic emerald waters.
If you choose to stay in the boat, you can enjoy a tasty coffee, biscuits, and fruit. The chef will also teach you how to prepare traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
We will arrive back at Haiphong harbor at 5 pm where our brilliant adventure finishes and we return you to your hotel in Hanoi at 7:30 pm.
