During the two and a half hours of the show, you’ll experience all of Cuba’s musical genres: from bolero to rumba, and from son to guaguancó, not forgetting mambo, salsa, and danzón. You won’t want to stop dancing!
The Tropicana Cabaret
Havana’s Tropicana Cabaret, known as “paradise under the stars,” opened in 1939 and became a symbol of Cuban nightlife in the 1940s. Its open-air setting makes the most of the cool breeze from the surrounding tropical trees. It’s one of the most famous cabarets in the world and has hosted stars such as Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Édith Piaf, and Ingrid Bergman. Its visual style has been copied by venues in Paris, New York, and Las Vegas.
