Malaga Alcazaba Tour with Virtual Reality Glasses
Visiting the Alcazaba with Virtual Reality Glasses
We’ll meet on Alcazabilla Street, from where we’ll walk together to the entrance of the Alcazaba of Malaga. After a brief introduction on how to use the virtual reality glasses, we’ll begin this 1.5-hour journey through time.
Our first immersion will take us to the beginning of an era: we’ll witness the arrival of Tariq and the beginning of Muslim civilization in the Iberian Peninsula. With the virtual reality glasses, your eyes will become a window into the past to see the Alcazaba exactly as it looked centuries ago. Impressive, right?
We’ll pass through the gates of the fortress and explore its defenses, courtyards, and gardens until we reach the heart of the complex: the Alcazaba Palaces. At different strategic points, the digital recreation will allow us to hear Muhammad V himself revealing the mysteries of his chambers, admire the beauty of the court dancers, and walk through the ancient neighborhood that has now disappeared.
Finally, we’ll head to the Alcazaba viewpoint. From this spot, you’ll enjoy unbeatable views of the capital of the Costa del Sol and capture the best photos to remember what this imposing fortress once looked like.
