If you cancel 24 hours before the activity starts, we will refund you 50%. If you cancel 15 days before the day of the activity, we will refund you 80%. If you cancel 5 days before the day of the activity, we will refund you 65%. Any cancellations after this or no-shows on the day will not be refunded.
