Al reservar la actividad eliges hora, elegí a las 9, y me llamaron esa misma mañana a las 7.30 por si podíamos adelantarlo, pero ya era tarde... luego que no nos daba tiempo a hacer la excursión bien... por lo tanto no vimos Puebla como es debido. Por otro lado, el chófer majo, pero si llame como guía deja que desear.

When booking the activity, you choose a time; I chose 9:00, and they called me that same morning at 7:30 to see if we could move it up, but it was already too late... then they said we wouldn't have enough time to do the tour properly... so we didn't see Puebla as it should have been. On the other hand, the driver was nice, but if I called as a guide, he left something to be desired.

La agencia local nos proporcionó un vehículo de capacidad muy escasa para 6 pasajeros adultos, lo que es especialmente sorprendente en un pais en donde existen infinidad de SUVs y furgonetas de capacidad suficiente. Dos de los adultos tuvieron que viajar encogidos en dos asientos diseñados para niños. Los guías fueron amables y el guía de Teotihuacan (Ethan) estaba muy bien preparado y nos atendió muy bien.

The local agency provided us with a vehicle with very little capacity for 6 adult passengers, which is especially surprising in a country where there are countless SUVs and vans with sufficient capacity. Two of the adults had to travel cramped in two seats designed for children. The guides were friendly and the Teotihuacan guide (Ethan) was very well prepared and took good care of us.

Espectacular. Nos recogieron puntuales. El conductor Javier un 10 de 10. Amable, responsable. Muy culto y dedicado.
