Visiting Rome and enjoying a delicious pizza is a real treat. But it's even better when you make it with your own hands. In this workshop, we'll learn how to make one of Italy's most iconic dishes. We'll also make a classic tiramisu!
Activity Details
We'll meet on Via Giuseppe Zanardelli, 14 in Rome at the indicated time and go to the restaurant where the workshop will take place.
After meeting the chef, the workshop will begin with some theoretical notions that will help us when making the pizzas. How long does the dough have to rest? Why are stone ovens so important? We'll reveal all the secrets so that you can become real experts.
Then, once we've listened to the explanations, it's time to get down to business. During the workshop, you'll have a wide variety of ingredients to make a pizza to your liking. Marinera, margarita, diavola or Neapolitan, which one will you prepare? Whatever it is, it's sure to be delicious!
The sweet touch of the workshop will come when we get down to work, making a classic tiramisu. We'll have all the ingredients ready, such as mascarpone, espresso coffee and ladyfingers. We'll have everything we need!
After an hour, we'll sit down to enjoy our creations. We'll also accompany the pizza and tiramisu with a drink of your choice between wine or soft drink. And, of course, you'll also have water and coffee or limoncello.
The activity will end after 2.5 hours of learning and a lot of fun.
