Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel on board an off-roading vehicle to begin this exciting tour of Sal Island. Ready? Let's go!

First, we'll pass the beach of Kite, famous for being one of the best places in the world to practice kitesurfing, until we reach the fishing town of Porto Palmeira. In this town, we'll see one of the most typical images of the area, fish sales.

Then, we'll drive to the historic town of Pedra de Lume, the first on Sal Island. Here, you'll see the small old houses of the salt workers, which stand out due to their intact architecture from over 50 years ago.

Afterward, we'll stop to swim in the salt craters of Pedra de Lume, the only salt lake inside a volcanic caldera in the world. With its warm waters, you'll feel like you're in a natural spa. We'll also explain all the benefits this site offers.

From here, we'll head to Buracona Lagoon, a beautiful natural pool, and reach Shark Bay, the perfect site to spot lemon sharks in their natural habitat. Before returning, we'll stop at Murdeira Bay and Espargos, the island's administrative capital.

Finally, we'll set off to the starting point, where we'll say our goodbyes after a total of 7.5 hours.
