With this tour, you'll explore every corner of Sal Island, one of the most popular spots on Cape Verde.
Sal Island Jeep Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel at 9 am, and climb aboard our 4x4 vehicle: hitting the road to the south of the island where you'll find the Santa María pier and docks.
Then we'll head in the direction of Murdeira bay - where you'll take a dip in the crystal clear waters. Next we make our way to the fishing village of Palmeira. From here we'll drive to the Buracona lagoon, a delightful natural pool, and the desert of Terra Boa, whose unusual landscape might just surprise you with a mirage or two...
The next stop is in the administrative capital of the island: Esparagos, where you'll have an hour of free time to eat lunch. Then we'll climb up to the famous viewpoint, where you'll enjoy some spectacular views of the island. The journey then continues to the coasts of the Parda Bay, famous as the natural habitat of the lemon shark.
Just around the corner are the Pedra de Lume salt pans, and alongside you can find a series of saltwater lagoons where you can float in its waters just like in the Dead Sea!
Finally, we'll head back to the hotel on Sal Island, arriving around 5 pm.
