Activity Details
Up for a day of adventure? Then we’ll meet in front of the Sundial in Santo Domingo’s Colonial City. From there, we’ll head north on a journey of just over 1 hour, driving until we reach the rural area of Villa Altagracia.
Once there, we’ll be welcomed at a farm where we’ll get ready for the adventure. You’ll receive safety instructions, the necessary equipment, and then hop on the quads. We’ll start the engines and, from the very first minute, feel the thrill of riding along rural dirt and muddy roads, crossing trails surrounded by palm trees, coffee plantations, and mountainous landscapes.
Along the way, we’ll make several stops to observe the countryside life of Villa Altagracia, rest in the shade of the trees, and, if you wish, refresh yourselves with a drink at small local spots.
Adrenaline will mix with the calm of nature as we cross small streams and ride through sections that seem made for adventure. The highlight will come when we leave the quads for a moment to enjoy a swim in the El Charco River.
After this revitalizing experience, a countryside lunch will be waiting for us by the river. We’ll cook rice with chorizo and spices, a dish that connects us with Dominican tradition, accompanied by a soft drink and water.
After recharging our energy, we’ll get back on the quads and return to the farm. From there, we’ll prepare for the journey back to Santo Domingo, where we’ll say our goodbyes after a total of 6 hours of adventure at the original meeting point.
Activity Requirements
Please note that the minimum age to drive the quads is 16 years old. A driver’s license is not required.
