Free Walking Tour of Stockholm
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at a central location in Stockholm to start this free tour. Is everyone ready?
Throughout the tour, we’ll talk about the city’s Viking origins and trace its development into the capital of Sweden as we pass by some of its most iconic landmarks.
We’ll stop at the Parliament or Riksdag, where we’ll tell you a bit about Swedish politics. We’ll also see the Royal Palace, one of the largest palaces in Europe and the official residence of the Swedish monarch.
During our free tour of Stockholm, don’t miss a stroll down the city’s narrowest street, Mårten Trotzigs Gränd, where we’ll tell you all about its rich 16th-century history, or St Nicholas’s Cathedral, the capital's oldest church.
Our stroll through the city’s pretty streets will also take us past the Nobel Museum, where we’ll talk about one of the world’s most prestigious awards, and Stortorget Square, Stockholm’s oldest square.
In the vicinity of this final stop, we’ll conclude the free tour between 2 and 2.5 hours after the tour begins.
