Civitatis subcontrató la excursión a Parina de Sal y esta a su vez a otra diferente. El chófer se llamaba Nico y nos llevó en su Toyota 4x4. Primeramente vimos el cementerio de trenes, un lugar lleno de trenes abandonados donde te puedes subir a ellos sin ningún tipo de restricción y a coste 0. Después nos llevaron al salar donde hay 4 paradas. La comida nada del otro mundo, la copa de vino al atardecer un detallazo. El precio quizá algo elevado para lo que vimos por ahí. Reservamos este tour con Civitatis, pero fue confuso y desorganizado. La recogida fue sin explicaciones, la espera en un restaurante innecesaria y la visita al cementerio de trenes una pérdida de tiempo. En Colchani no hubo visita guiada. Isla Incahuasi estaba cerrada por lluvias, pero seguía anunciada. El personal fue amable, pero no recomendamos este tour; es mejor reservar en Uyuni.

We booked this tour with Civitatis, but it was confusing and disorganized. The pick-up was without explanation, the wait in a restaurant unnecessary, and the visit to the train cemetery a waste of time. In Colchani there was no guided tour. Incahuasi Island was closed due to rain, but it was still advertised. The staff was friendly, but we do not recommend this tour; it is better to book in Uyuni.

Eché de menos más explicaciones, incluso en la fábrica de sal, que nos tocó (se supone) el dueño y su explicación duró 5 minutos de reloj por los que luego (eso sí) pidió propina. El guía de al lado, que explicaba en inglés a otro grupo estaba cuando entramos, y seguía explicando aún cuando nos fuimos, con su pizarrita, curiosidades, etc. Yo tengo la sensación de haber visitado el salar y de salir sin saber de qué va. La excursión es bonita porque bonito es el paisaje, sino no me hubiera gustad

I missed more explanations, even in the salt factory, where we were (supposedly) given the owner and his explanation lasted 5 minutes, for which he later (yes) asked for a tip. The guide next to us, who was explaining in English to another group, was there when we entered, and continued explaining even when we left, with his little blackboard, curiosities, etc. I have the feeling of having visited the salt flat and leaving without knowing what it is about. The excursion is nice because the landscape is beautiful, otherwise I would not have liked it.

La actividad estuvo muy bien y muy completa. Vimos el salar tanto seco como con agua y reflejos al atardecer. El guía muy bien, buena información y nos hizo unas fotos muy chulas. Pudimos visitar la isla y la comida que nos sirvieron estaba rica y abundante. Al atardecer nos sirvió una copa de vino y snack. Muy recomendable. Lo único malo de la actividad el desayuno. La agencia de turismo de Uyuni no tenía en cuenta que éramos 2 personas para el tour: nos acomodo en una camioneta sin lugar suficiente, no tenía elementos para los 2 (copas, sillas) ni las botas para el agua. El chófer no explicaba casi nada. No se visitó la isla Incahuasi como estaba planeado y cobrado.

The Uyuni tourism agency did not take into account that we were 2 people for the tour: they accommodated us in a van without enough space, it did not have items for the 2 of us (glasses, chairs) or water boots. The driver didn't explain almost anything. Incahuasi Island was not visited as planned and charged.
