At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your accommodation in the Hotel Zone or central Cancún and travel to a private location surrounded by nature, where the mystical temazcal experience begins.
On arrival, you'll be welcomed by the shaman, who will introduce you to this sanctuary of calm. As the aroma of medicinal herbs settles around you, they'll explain the meaning of the temazcal, a word of Nahuatl origin meaning "house of medicinal steam." Unlike a conventional sauna or spa, this pre-Hispanic ceremony combines the heat of volcanic stones with the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous peoples.
We'll then step inside the temazcal for the ceremony itself. Through steam, deep heat, and traditional chants, you'll experience the three great pillars of this sacred ritual:
- Physical renewal: a natural detoxification through sweat, helping to relax the muscles, improve circulation, and clear the respiratory system thanks to the healing plants.
- Mental and emotional wellbeing: the atmosphere guides you toward a conscious release of accumulated stress, bringing mental clarity and a deep sense of lightness.
- Spiritual connection: you'll take part in a powerful energetic cleansing, ideal for strengthening your inner connection and experiencing the feeling of a fresh start.
After the purification ceremony and some time to relax, we'll drop you back at your pickup point in Cancún 4 hours later.
