El viaje fue bueno, el guía en el sitio arqueológico, muy atento y conocedor. La experiencia es el parque es bonita pero no te indican las actividades incluidas, solo se menciona en número "más de 30" que al final no todas son actividades. El principal problema es que el proveedor no nos contactó nunca para dar los detalles de la recogida... Específicamente la hora, y ésta no viene en el bono como con otros proveedores. Gracias al personal nocturno de Civitatis que me dio la información

The trip was good, and the guide at the archaeological site was very attentive and knowledgeable. The park itself is a beautiful experience, but they don't specify the included activities; they only mention "more than 30" as a number, which in the end isn't all activities. The main problem is that the provider never contacted us to provide the pickup details, specifically the time, and this information isn't included in the voucher as it is with other providers. Thanks to the Civitatis night staff who provided me with this information.

Our Guide Rodrigo was excelent. The great history told us Rodrigo about Tulum. We loved it. It was fascinated. In Xel-Ha We were very excelent experience inside the Park. La actividad en sí misma estuvo muy bien. La guía nos explicó todo muy bien. La pena fue la lluvia que hizo pero nada más. Después en Xel-ha salió el sol y perfecto. Translate this opinion into English.

Ninguna queja del guía de Tulum que fue estupendo. Pero en Xel-ha, nos dejaron en el parking diciendo que fueramos a la taquilla que allí nos darían las pulseras para entrar. Pero allí no había ninguna reserva a nuestro nombre y no nos dejaban acceder al parque. Como ellos se habían ido, no teníamos a quien reclamar. Gracias a la de la taquilla que nos dejó su teléfono para poder llamar. Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora a que se resolviera el tema (y hacer como 10 llamadas). Nos amargaron la excursión
