At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Santa Maria to head to the Serra Negra Natural Reserve, just 10 minutes away. Are you ready to feel the rush of adrenaline?
Upon arrival, we'll give you an introductory briefing so that you understand the safety measures before starting. Then, we'll head out on a 15-minute walk to the top of the Serra Negra, where we'll enjoy live Cape Verdean Hot Rhythms—an ideal atmosphere to calm your nerves before embarking on the adventure!
With your harness fastened and under the instructions of the instructors, you'll be ready to take to the skies on a 1 kilometre (0.62 mile) long zip line. For about a minute and a half, you'll experience the adrenaline of flying at high speed and the thrill of seeing the coast of Sal Island and its turquoise waters from above, reaching more than 100 kilometres per hour (62 mph)!
Finally, we'll take you back to your hotel and say goodbye after a total of 2 hours.
