Civitatis manda el QR y no hay problema alguno en el acceso. Recomiendo ir en día de diario para tener más tranquilidad. La piscina interior es impresionante, con esas columnas. No hace falta coger cabinas privadas, facilidad de cambio en las normales, con taquillas. Te colocan una especie de "reloj" de plástico que lee tu taquilla y la bloquea y desbloquea. La actividad excelente, pero al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían un código de barras que al parecer es necesario y que Civitatis no está enviando. Parece que no somos las primeras que les ocurre esto. Ya lo saben y con amabilidad nos resolvieron el problema. Pero crea inseguridad cuando llegas y te piden cosas que no tienes.

J'ai été déçue des bains, même si l'endroit est très beau, le bain extérieur était fermé. Les casiers sont a l'extrémité des vestiaires, on peut marcher avec ses chaussures de l'extérieur là où on se change. Le sol est plutôt sale, prenez des tongs! Les bassins étaient agréables mais les gens ne respectent pas le silence demandé dans la partie des thermes , cela fait un écho qui devient un brouhaha empêchant de se détendre. Le bassin principal n'est accessible qu'avec un bonnet. Je suis déçue.

Hemos ido un 18 de Julio y no había mucha gente. El balneario es muy bonito y se ve limpio. No había piscina de olas ese día al menos, no llegamos a preguntar porqué. Ir al Balneario Gellert es una visita recomendable entre comillas, llama la atención la decoración, pero como experiencia de balneario no llevéis expectativas altas. Solo tienen tres piscinas interiores de agua caliente y sin chorros ni nada, la piscina "olímpica" llamativa por las columnas que la rodean,que es de agua fria. Luego en el exterior, hay una pequeña de agua caliente y otra de agua fria. No te esperes una experiencia spa aqui. La gente va mayormente a tomar el sol como en la playa. La experiencia fue tal cual la describen en la web. La llegada la hicimos sobre las 10 am y no tuvimos que hacer filas muy largas para obtener la pulsera. La instalación a esa hora fue estupenda ya que no estaba masificada, eso sí a la salida sobre las 12:40 sí que el flujo de gente aumento pero nada exagerado. Fue una sorpresa…. En CIVITATIS ,en la descripción de la actividad , ponía que las toallas se podían alquilar con un coste de 2000 florines, pero no: o las llevas tú o las compras!! A 6000 florines cada una. Si quieres utilizar la piscina principal , además tienes que comprar un gorro….

Me lo esperaba más espectacular. Por el precio, personalmente opino que no compensa. Las piscinas exteriores estaban cerradas. No dan toallas por lo que llevarla porque si no comprarla allí son 15€ al cambio más o menos. Un robo. Las instalaciones, para estar dentro de un hotel, muy mal conservadas.
