Hay algunas cosas de la actividad que no quedan muy claras, por ejemplo, que tengas que añadir el pago de 70 soles para poder entrar en el cañón, son obligatorios. No recomiendo coger las actividades en una de las paradas, la única la tirolina, por decir algo, el paseo en quad y caballo es por una cuesta empedrada que no hay nada y vuelta, literalmente.

El guía Toni muy majo y atento, el tour muy bien, mucha paliza de bus pero es lo que hay si se decide hacer algo en un día, creo que 2 días es demasiado para lo que hay, llegamos a puno puntuales a las 19.30 y la recogida también fue puntual, 10 min de retraso . O tour é bem cansativo e bem corrido, principalmente para tentar ser pontual. Achei um pouco exagerada a quantidade de paradas para comprar artesanatos, mas o lugar é bem bonito. A Guia foi muito solicita por conta da altitude e a Van era bem confortável, inclusive com manta para aquecer do frio. As termas achei normal e não é imperdível. O desembarque foi conturbado pois o acesso a Plaza de Armas de Puno é horrivel, e tivermos que desembarcar no meio da rua com muitos carros buzinando.

La Actividad esta muy bien y te sirve para desplazarte de Arequipa a Puno. El tour llenó mis expectativas. Es exactamente lo ofrecen y la conexión con Puno es una tremenda ventaja. Yo hubiera preferido un poco más de tiempo en los miradores del cañón, pero ellos lo atribuyen a que el viaje a Puno es largo. Me gustó que el grupo era reducido y el guía Tony fue muy atento. No me gustó que para la comida te llevan a un restaurante turístico a las afueras de Chivay. Al final es como una encerrona, porque en la excursión que contraté se indicaba que el almuerzo sería en Chivay y podríamos hacerlo por nuestra cuenta. Whilst this activity would not be recommended for someone who hasn’t yet acclimatised to/had experience with altitude, it is 100% worth it. I had a major problem in the beginning, suddenly throwing up at around 4am as we reached 4000m. Our guide, Elwis, went above and beyond to help me. He let me sit in the front of the van and provided sick bags and the Agua de Florida remedy. He even allowed me to pay for my hot springs entry later at the restaurant by card, as I had no cash. Hero.

Il tour è stato molto bello, abbiamo viaggiato da Arequipa a Puno, cambiando bus da un minivan ad un vero e proprio bus dopo il pranzo. Le fermate sono state sufficientemente lunghe ed in posti piacevoli. Il canyon del Colca con la vista dei condor è stato mozzafiato! Il pranzo a buffet era molto buono. Tony, la nostra guida nella prima parte del viaggio, è stata molto premurosa e brava nelle sue spiegazioni (solo spagnolo), così come la seconda guida è stata molto brava (in inglese).

great tour and amazing tourguide Matteo and amazing driver on our way from Colca Canyon to Puno! The long ride to Puno felt much shorter because we was explaining a lot and entertaining. It was very well organized. The breakfast was good. However it was a huge room which could probably fit around 100 people. I was very very happy that only 2 groups where there when we has breakfast (lucky). Lunch was horrible, it is a large room which can easily fit more than 100 people. All people at 1 buffet:(

La excursión al Cañón estuvo bien, el guia Tony era divertido y ademas estuvimos mas tiempo para poder ver al condor. En cambio la vuelta a Puno el autobús y el guia se hizo muy pesado. El autobús estaba en mal estado y corrió mucho, el guía hablo poco y los que estábamos detrás ni le escuchabamos

Pick-up at Hampton Inn was on time. One driver was very good, the other ok. Breakfast was good. The warm drink with quinoa was vey interesting but too sweet for our European taste. Luch was good and of high quality. Our guide, Abel took very good care of us. Plenty of infos during the trip. He kows perfectly how to handle european customers- Bilangual explanations were perfectly a Finally he called a taxi and negotiated a good rice to bring us to our hotel in Puno. Atividade cansativa... para ir até o canyon foi umas 4 horas em uma Van apertada...sem paradas regulares...o café da manha incluído muito fraco.. o canyon é bonito mas não é aquelas coisas... fiz com o transfer para puno... a Van neste trajeto foi maior e com bancos vagos...com paradas a cada 1:30 ou duas horas...foi melhor, com muitas explicações do Guia Pablo..

A experiência de ver os condores e todo o Vale do Colca é INCRÍVEL. No entanto, é um passeio cansativo. Tudo acontece de acordo com o informado. Porém, fiquei confusa com o guia. Além de não ser muito amistoso e um pouco seco nas respostas e dúvidas, eu fiquei bem confusa com o caminho que seguiria até Puno. Para quem opta por esta finalização do dia, o passeio ocorre em duas etapas e ficou aqui minha confusão. Reforço aqui que achei muito tempo nos termas, e o almoço não estava tão bom

Pasamos poco tiempo en el cañón aunque pudimos ver Cóndores. Apenas tuvimos tiempo para comer porque nos metieron prisa para coger otro bus a Puno. Demasiado tiempo en hacer actividades las cuales no tenía intención de hacer, ya que fui por ver el cañón. Muchas horas de bus pero normal ya que de Arequipa a Puno hay otras 4 horas después de la excursión. El guía que nos llevó a Puno fue un encanto, nos paró para ver alpacas y vicuñas por el camino.

We spent little time in the canyon although we were able to see Condors. We barely had time to eat because they rushed us to take another bus to Puno. Too much time doing activities which I had no intention of doing, since I went to see the canyon. Many hours of bus but normal since from Arequipa to Puno it is another 4 hours after the excursion. The guide who took us to Puno was lovely, he stopped us to see alpacas and vicuñas along the way.
