Guías desastualizados y carentes de interés, salvo por su negocio al margen. Visitas que simplemente cubren el expediente rozando lo absurdo. Traslados malos y peligrosos que ponen la seguridad de los viajeros en claro peligro. Comidas justas y de mala calidad, sobre todo pinic y almuerzos. Un tour super completo, muy buenos guías que estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento y lo dieron todo por resolver cualquier contratiempo que pudo surgir. Hicimos todo lo del itinerario, aunque nos metieron condensados 2 días en el primer día de excursiones en el Cairo empezando a la 7 de la mañana y acabando a media noche con la llegada al barco, dejando otro día sin nada actividades que completamos por nuestra cuenta ya que las excursiones que ofrecen son a precios desorbitados. A mi personalmente me encantaron las personas con las que lidié: Karim de Dunas Travel y Mouhammed (el mejor guía del mundo). Sin embargo, tuvimos muchos problemas con la falta de comunicación sobre el itinerario. Nos cambiaron el itinerario una semana antes del vuelo y no logramos conseguir el nuevo itinerario hasta mitad del viaje. Estabamos muy emocionados sobre tener más tiempo en el crucero (4 noches) y nos lo cambiaron a 3 noches, partiendo a las 3:30de la tarde el primer día desde Cairo.

I personally loved the people I dealt with: Karim from Dunas Travel and Mouhammed (the best guide ever). However, we had a lot of problems with the lack of communication about the itinerary. They changed our itinerary a week before the flight and we didn't manage to get the new itinerary until halfway through the trip. El principal problema fue que nos cambiaron el itinerario, reduciendo una noche en el crucero y haciendo que el primer dia partieramos a las 3pm en vez de a las 9am como estaba previsto, con lo cual perdimos todo el primer dia. La atención en general del personal es inmejorable . Los sitios que se visitan son incomparables . Pero la comida es nefasta tres comidas y dos cenas en el Cairo y cuatro veces el mismo plato mix gril con verdura semi cruda y arroz pasado en diferentes sitios en los cuales te cobra 3€ por un refresco y hay que tener en cuenta que en el aeropuerto cuestan 0,60 € me parece un robo. La quinta comida fue una pizza congelada también muy malas. En el crucero la comida pésima también.

Three lunches and two dinners in Cairo and four times the same mixed grill dish with semi-raw vegetables and overcooked rice in different places where they charge you €3 for a soft drink and you have to take into account that at the airport they cost €0.60. Los 8 días de viaje a Egipto con Civitatis nos parecieron maravillosos. Elegimos la opción de lujo y fue un acierto porque el hotel, el barco y sus comidas eran estupendos. En general muy buena experiencia, muy bien atendidos por el coordinador Momen, y los guías Ramón y Ahmed. Muy agradecidos de ellos.
