Nuestro coordinador Mohamed Aseel se puso en contacto con nosotros un día antes de tomar nuestro vuelo, nos dio muy buenos tips de viaje y buena atención todo el tiempo, la persona que nos recibio en el aeropuerto muy buena atención con nosotros y fue muy eficiente, tuvimos un excelente guia Arm Kamel que fue muy atento con nuestro hijo, todas las comidas muy buenas, las actividades algunas fueron demasiado rápidas, algunas faltaron, pero en general cumplen con lo publicado en los itinerarios.

Elegí la opción de categoría de lujo porque había escuchado que en Egipto la categoría de lujo es una categoría estandar, sin embargo, me quedé gratamente sorprendida porque el hotel que tuve en el Cairo fue excelente, el desayuno bufet exquisito y la atención del personal muy cordial, el crucero también muy nuevo. No geral foi muito bom. O navio deixou muito a desejar, ficamos numa cabine na popa do navio onde o cheiro do escapamento de fumaça do diesel era muito forte além do barulho que era ensurdecedor. Os jantares no Genoa foram péssimos e muito mal escolhido.

Se pierde mucho tiempo en hacer visitas comerciales a tiendas que ni me van ni me vienen y después te están racaneando tiempo en las visitas culturales. De los guías mejor no hablo, aunque había alguno que se le podía dar el aprobado. Otros estaban más pendientes de venderte alguna excursión que en realizar su trabajo como tal. La comida, hotel y crucero muy bien por el precio que hemos pagado. Tanto Civitatis como Dunas Travel deberían mejorar.

El itinerario no es el que ofrecen, meten vuelo a Luxor el día 2.Para llegar al aeropuerto de ida a Luxor almorzamos en un bus pollo con salsa. Cena del 1er día para el olvido. Fue todo a las corridas. Templo de Luxor y Karnac, el guía no estuvo con nosotros. Daba charla en el barco después, antes de la cena...esto se repitió 2 veces. Vergonzoso. El hotel muy bueno y el servicio del barco también. Nunca me había pasado tener que quejarme de un servicio de Civitatis. y contraté muchos.

Tour completo dell'Egitto ottimamente organizzato. I luoghi visitati sono meravigliosi. Desde que llegamos al aeropuerto Karim siempre atento resolviendo dudas y apoyando ante cualquier situación hasta estando en el Nilo con Mohamed con una atención fabulosa y explicaciones increíbles. La coordinación del viaje a manos de Mohamed Aseel estuvo impecable, siempre en contacto con nosotros para ver cómo iban las actividades, comidas y guías de cada lugar. Quizás cambiaría la organización en lo que respecta al día libre que tuvimos en el crucero sin aviso previo, y te ofrecen actividades por fuera del viaje comprado. El barco TiYi que nos tocó es super lento y antiguo llegamos 3 horas tarde al puerto y no pudimos ver ningun templo ese dia teniendo que hacer todo luxor corriendo al día siguiente. Nos pusimos malos del estomago en ese barco mas de la.mitad del grupo, tienen que cambiar de barco. Pudimos pagar en euros, en monedas de 1€y 50 centimos sin problemas y nos digeron que no se podía que tenímos que cambiar a libras si o sí, Sheno el representante, no le hicimos caso. El tour estuvo muy bueno, es bastante intenso arrancando todos los días temprano para ir a diferentes excursiones pero que valen la pena. Lo único es que se podría dedicar más tiempo a cosas importantes como museos o templos y menos a lugares para comprar en los que están muy caras las cosas (papiros, esencias/fragancias, especias, etc). El mejor mercado fue el del poblado Nubio que se hace desde Aswan pero no está incluído, reservarlo con el guía es más caro que en la página.

Les visites sont géniales ! lieux magnifiques !! Les guides sont supers, très enrichissants. J'ai appris plein de choses dans différents domaines. Mais l'organisation générale est à revoir. Pas de communication entre représentants et personnes de civitatis sur place. Bcp de soucis au niveau des horaires. restos et hôtel pas extra par rapport au coût du circuit. croisière géniale mais bateau très vieillot. Humidité et odeurs salle de bain et chambre. Realmente excelente! Todo funciono a la perfección tome el de lujo y los hoteles espectaculares y el crucero muy muy bien. La organización ha sido fabulosa considerando la agenda tan corta y extensa, en un país con muchas falencias. Ottima gestione dei tempi (Luxor su 2 giorni perfetta), a prova di imprevisto (risolto appena contattati) e di attività facoltative (mongolfiera: top!) Complimenti a Mohamed Shoieb per la professionalità e simpatia e ad Ahmed e Zizou per l'impegno. Guide coinvolgenti (soprattutto Ibrahim al Cairo ed Elham intervenuta a Kom-Ombo), staff della nave gentilissimo. Navigazione con meno navi dopo Esna, mercato raggiungibile a piedi dal molo ad Aswan. Alcune difficoltà nei pagamenti con carta.

Viaggio intenso e ben organizzato. L agenzia è molto presente così come presenti sono i coordinatori sul posto (in particolare l ottimo Mohamed) con immediata gestione di eventuali contrattempi. Le guide cambiano ma sono generalmente ben preparate. Le strutture sia al Cairo che la barca sono di media qualità ma per il prezzo che offre Civitatis rispetto alla media sono più che accettabili. En estos packs, meten a gente con viajes de 8/4 días o excursiones de 1 día…Por lo que no es un viaje organizado para ti, es un viaje organizado para meter el máximo número de gente en cada excursión. Olvidad del itinerario anunciado en la página, no lo van a cumplir. Lo que nos hicieron a nosotros es lo más vergonzoso que nos ha pasado nunca en un viaje. Metieron el 80% de las excursiones en los 3 primeros dias, dormimos 14 horas esos dias. Cuando nos quejamos, nos ignoraron. Huid de Civitatis!

In these packs, they put people on 8/4 day trips or 1 day excursions...So it is not an organized trip for you, it is an organized trip to put the maximum number of people on each excursion. Los lugares son maravillosos, muy bonitos, y con mucha historia. Con respecto a los alojamientos, cumplieron las expectativas. En cuanto a la programación, nos modificaron el itinerario, disminuyendo los días en el crucero, sin ningún tipo de consulta. Las visitas, por esperar a otros grupos llegamos a esperar hasta 1 hora antes de iniciar el día de visitas. Repiten mucho las comidas. Al final nos quedamos con la impresión, que lo único que quieren es venderte otros toutes adicionales.
