Ali, el representante, estuvo atento a nuestras inquietudes, siempre muy puntual. Nos vendió un chip con internet y nos cambió euros a libra egipcia (con 16GB y 190€ anduvimos súper). Respecto al hotel, nos quedamos en el Renaissance, un 10. El crucero Blue Shadow 3 podría ser mejor pero igualmente estuvo bien. Finalmente, los guías de los tour bien, nuestras felicitaciones a "Hassan bueno" del crucero. Lo único reprochable fue el guía de Abu Simbel "Hassan malo", ojalá lo saquen, fue pésimo.

Nosso grupo era pequeno, nao haviam portugueses conosco, entao não tinhamos um guia focado e isso deu um desconforto na chegada em algumas cidades novas ( Edfu e Luxor). Lo bueno Alojamiento: hotel oasis y crucero azhara, muy buenos. Buen desayuno y comida buffet. Guías en español: Rubí, Mansur y Aladino. Lo malo Nuestro representante en El Cairo, ALI, fue muy desorganizado. No nos ayudó con el visado. Nos cobro 20 € por un desayuno que salió 3€. No nos informaba nada, nos enteramos las actividades por otros. Nos dejó un día sin almuerzo. Los últimos dos días estuvimos casi sin dormir ya que nos levantaron 2 de la mañana para excursión. Paesaggi mozzafiato, esperienza faticosa ma emozionante. Buona la nave da crociera tolta la pulizia della stanza, l'hotel al Cairo aveva tutti i confort necessari. WiFi mai funzionante. La vera pecca è l'organizzazione: ho perso la visita al Tempio di Kom Ombo in quanto la nave è partita prima dell'inizio della visita. Inoltre gli orari e le mete venivano comunicati all'ultimo e a volte solo dopo vari solleciti. Preparate e professionali le guide (Ali e Guda), vero valore aggiunto del tour.

Nos agruparon las actividades programadas para dejarnos días libres y así ofrecernos otros extra. Pagadas a parte, evidentemente. Además, había competencia entre el guía y nuestro referente por la venta de las mismas. Todo está enfocado a que pagues más y resulta agotador. La ida a Alejandria el 7 agosto fue un viaje largo con un guía que no hacía mayores explicaciones y lo más importante la biblioteca fue un tiempo mínimo que ni se pudo visitar.
