La actividad fue puntual pero en dos paradas nos decían "5 minutos para fotos sin bajar del bus" y los 3 buses que ibamos casi a la par estaban los 6 delante (3 conductor@s y 3 guías) fumando y tomando una cola o zumo 15 minutos en cada una de estas dos paradas...me pareció Poco profesional por parte de conductores y guías....no nos sobran las horas a los turistas para estar alli mirándonos como tontos umos a otros esperando cuando volvian al bus y arrancábamos de nuevo....

The activity was punctual but at two stops they told us "5 minutes for photos without getting off the bus" and the 3 buses that were almost at the same time were all 6 in front (3 drivers and 3 guides) smoking and having a cola or juice 15 minutes at each of these two stops...I thought it was unprofessional on the part of the drivers and guides...we tourists don't have enough hours to be there looking at each other like fools waiting for them to return to the bus and we started off. new....

La verdad que lo hemos encontrado muy pobre, apenas dos paradas y en una de ellas no se podía fotografiar nada porque la vegetación tapaba la foto, lo demás sobre la marcha sin la posibilidad de hacer alguna foto a los que desafortunadamente nos tocó sentarnos en la parte no descapotable. El bus salió más tarde de lo previsto. Los niños no lo disfrutaron, se les hizo muy largo y lento debido al tráfico denso para luego no ver nada

The truth is, we found it very poor. We only had two stops, and at one of them, we couldn't take any photos because the vegetation was blocking the shot. The rest was done on the fly, with no chance of taking any photos for those of us who unfortunately had to sit in the non-convertible section. The bus left later than expected. La actividad sólo es recomendable si puedes estar al menos una hora antes de la salida del autobús en la parada para recoger tickets en la zona no cubierta. En caso contrario, mejor ahorrarse el dinero. Estarás dos horas dando vueltas a la ciudad sin ver prácticamente nada y con únicamente una salida para hacer fotos de menos de 5 minutos. Para añadir a la experiencia, los cristales estaban más sucios que el palo de un gallinero.

This activity is only recommended if you can be at the bus stop at least an hour before departure to pick up tickets in the uncovered area. Otherwise, it's better to save your money. You'll spend two hours wandering around the city without seeing much of anything and with only one opportunity to take photos of less than five minutes. To add to the experience, the windows were dirtier than a chicken coop pole.

Civitatis no aviso de mi reserva al operador y cuando fui a tomar el autobus no me dejaron subir porque CIVITATIS no habia hecho su trabajo enviando mis datos de la reserva. estuve viendo la lista y efectivamente no estaba en al lista, me permitieron hacer una foto incluso para para que pueda demostrar que no habeis avisado y por eso no estaba en la lista para reclamaros el dinero por vuestra incompetencia.

No es autobús descapotable., solo la mitad. Nos dijeron que no estábamos en la lista de pasajeros y después de quejarnos nos dijeron que nos metían pero que nos tocaba zona de autobús cerrada. No lo hubiéramos contratado de saberlo.
