Your flexible ticket allows you access at any time within the following opening times:
- Monday to Friday: open from 9 am to 6:30 pm (final admission)
- Closed: January 1 and December 25
Schedule on Game Days & Events
Please note that the tour schedule is subject to change due to the sports calendar:
- Game days: the tour can take place 5.5 hours before the game starts.
- Closure of areas: the locker rooms and benches will be closed on game day and the day before game day.
- Events: due to the celebration of different events in the stadium, the tour and the schedule may vary. In these cases, visitors will be informed at the ticket booth or the access gate.
Ticket Validity
Your ticket is valid exclusively on the day selected in your booking. This is a flexible ticket without a fixed time, so you can enter within the opening times from Monday to Friday. Please note that this ticket is not valid for weekends, public holidays, or game days.
Construction Work
Due to construction and renovation work currently underway at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the tour is temporarily limited to the following areas: the stadium's panoramic view, the Real Madrid Museum, the locker rooms and benches, photo opportunities with players, and the official store.
