La comunicación estuvo muy pobre, al comprarle a ustedes decía que nos recogerian en el hotel. .. por un problema con la reserva del hotel registrado al momento de hacer la compra. De igual manera se lo informamos a ustedes y a la agencia el día 29 por la mañana y por la tarde. .Ya habíamos abandonado la idea de ir al recorrido, me llaman , porque estaban en mi hotel, y no fue asi. Perdi un tiempo precioso. Quiero que me devuelva el dinero pagado a falta del servicio.
