Excellente journée qui démarre par la visite panoramique de Naples en compagnie de Lisa, avec des arrêts culturels très intéressants et une magnifique vue sur la baie ! Route vers Pompéi où la visite a été très appréciée, notre guide Martina était captivante. En general estuvo bien. Es interesante pero necesita un poco más de organización, el tour por Napoles estuvo bien, el de Pompeya estuvo muy bien. Lo que fue peor para nosotros fue después, la comida bastante básica en Pompeya y con un poco de prisa porque teníamos que salir para el Vesubio (nos sentaron con otra pareja para comer por temas de espacio en una mesa de 4). Nos gustó mucho el tour. La guía de Nápoles majísima y la de Pompeya un encanto. La gente en los comentarios ponía que la comida era un trozo de pizza y al final fue una pizza entera en un restaurante fresquito. También nos recogieron cerca al hotel , que mucha gente se quejaba por ello. Como aspectos a mejorar: 1- no estaba muy claro el sitio de espera cerca del hotel(en una rotonda con muchas direcciones) 2- 26 personas tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos por 1 pareja que llegó tarde(sin justif

We really liked the tour. The guide of Naples is magnificent and that of Pompeii is charming. People in the comments said that the food was a piece of pizza and in the end it was a whole pizza in a cool restaurant. They also picked us up near the hotel, which many people complained about. Il tour a Napoli lo abbiamo fatto con ina preparatissima e gentile Elisa, che ci ha dato anche alcune chicche ed indicazioni. A Pompei co attendeva Alex. Unica cosa, salire sul Vesuvio alle 15.30 sotto un sole cocente è stato difficoltoso, ma bello. Forse farlo in mattinata avrebbe reso di più.

Sentimos que el tour la parte en donde se hace el recorrido de Nápoles es muy rápido y 10min para tomar unas fotos, ir al baño y poder comer un snack es muy poco, dado que son puntos donde hay mucho turista y se vuelve imposible hacer las tres. Creo que debería de contemplar eso para próximos tour o incluir un snack y el almuerzo. Con respecto al almuerzo, eso fue culpa del restaurante que tardó más de 30min en llevar la comida, pero creo que el guía debería de estar pendiente de ello.

Overall the tour was very good, and I'm glad I did it! I felt like the guides I had were knowledgeable, fun and genuinely enjoyed getting to know me. I would recommend the tour, but also know you will likely be shuffled between tour guides at each location. There was no communication about this until it was happening. You end up meeting up with other groups as some don't book all three locations. Despite being shuffled around like that, they managed it all well!

The Napoli, Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius tour was excellent! Elisa was our guide most of the way and was clearly passionate about the history of the area. We learned so much and it was nice that they coordinated all of the transportation. Pompeii was the highlight with it's well preserved structures that you get to walk through. Doing so with a knowledgeable guide like Elisa helps bring the city to life! I booked the wrong date and they were willing to change last minute to add us which was incredible

Un poco descontrol, hasta la excursión en Pompeya muy bien, ya cuando nos hicieron cambiar de guía en el Vesubio fue un poco caótico, en toda la excursión NO nos dieron agua solo cuando paramos a comer el picnic que es simple, el tour que haces antes por Nápoles no valió la pena solo por las explicaciones de la guía fue un poco ameno.

Contratamos el pack Pompeia y Vesibio para mis padres con recogida en hotel, y cuando contactamos con ellos para ver la hora de la recogida la sorpresa fue que no pasariam a por ellos al hotel si no a un punto de encuentro que aunque cercano,ya no es lo que ofertan. Deberian de especificar mejor este punto. Por el resto les encanto la excursion, quedaron satisfechos

La actividad es inicia con pocas personas y una guía en la catedral y algunos lugares importantes, después al llegar a Pompeya el grupo es exageradamente grande, te dan auriculares pero eso más la gente de otros tour y la lluvia hizo que no ves lo que están explicando o estás intentando estar cerca del guia todo el tiempo. Después nos llevaron al vesubio un grupo aún más grande con 2 guías eso sería entrada libre peor estaba lloviendo. Aún pendiente mi reembolso de esa parte. recomiendo

La primera parte nos encantó, la hicimos con Elise que nos explicó todo a la perfección y lo hizo muy ameno. La parte del Vesuvio, en cambio, no la recomendamos. se te incluye la comida en un restaurante de Pompeya en el que te hacen comer una pizza mediocre en 10 MINUTOS, luego te montan en un bus y te dejan en la parte de abajo del volcán con una hora de recogida. Très bonne journée, qui commence vers 8h au matin avec une visite commentée de la ville où vous descendez à plusieurs reprises du bus pour prendre des photos. Ensuite 2 heures de visite guidée dans votre langue à Pompéi. Au midi, la pizza margarita est bonne, par contre la lasagne a plutôt la taille d'un menu enfant. La excursion estuvo bien, en la comida solo te dan una bebida y si quieres otra te cobran 4€. La subida al Vesubio se hace a las 15:30 de la tarde, quiza seria mas interesante subir a primera hora luego visitar Pompeya y ver Napoles despues de comer con aire acondicionado en el minibus…..
