Nous avons cru vivre dans un premier temps un cauchemar. Balade prévu le 27/12/22, le chauffeur doit passer nous récupérer à 8h20, n'ayant pas le contacte du chauffeur, nous avons envoyé des mails à CIVITATIS. Le chauffeur s'est trompé d'hôtel, il propose de revenir le lendemain à la même heure, du coup on à du annuler le programme du lendemain. Nous nous présentons à 8h00, afin d'être sur de ne pas le louper. 8h30, toujours personne, nous envoyons un mail, à 9h00, une réponse nous disant qu'il

Il est impératif d'indiquer les détails exacts concernant l'adresse de l'hôtel afin de pouvoir effectuer les ramassages en temps voulu. Comme vous n'avez pas donné les bonnes coordonnées, le chauffeur s'est rendu à un autre hôtel par erreur. Après avoir reprogrammé l'activité, le mauvais hôtel a été donné à nouveau, de sorte que le ramassage n'a pas pu être fait à l'heure. Nous sommes désolés pour cette confusion. Cuidado al reservar esta actividad. El proveedor local nunca vino a buscarnos. Estuvimos esperando de 8h a 8:35h en el pto. de encuentro sin éxito. No tienen WhatsApp para contactarles. No contestaron los correos q enviamos la tarde de antes y la mañana del tour. Tardaron en responder a los compañeros de Civitatis q trataron de hacer todo lo posible por ayudarnos,pero cuando el proveedor dio señales de vida dijo q ya se habían marchado sin nosotros. Aún no nos han hecho el reembolso de 185€

La descripción de la actividad no correspondió con lo que finalmente se hizo, ya que el cenote ni lo vimos. La ruta en quads duró 35 min, y nada de senderos..todo dentro de un recinto. En el río subterráneo apenas estuvimos 5 min escasos dentro del agua, un chasco sinceramente… Esperas lentas entre actividades. No lo recomendaría.

The description of the activity did not correspond to what was finally done, since we did not even see the cenote. The quad route lasted 35 min, and no trails... all within an enclosure. El tiempo de quad no es real, se hace una ruta corta a gran velocidad y fin. La tirolina está muy bien pero los arneses huelen fatal, da mucho asco saber que antes de ti lo han sudado muchas personas y no se ha lavado. No nos gustó que nos metieran miedo en el cuerpo si no cogías el seguro.

La actividad no la hicimos porque nadie fue a recogernos y cuando llamamos a la agencia nos dicen que no están nuestros nombres apuntados lo que quiere decir que pagamos la actividad y no la hicimos. Ahora estamos reclamando el dinero y nos están dando largas. QUEREMOS EL DINERO!!!
