If you're in Swakopmund, you can't miss the breathtaking desert landscapes of Sandwich Harbour. To discover them, we'll pick you up from your hotel and start an unforgettable off-roading tour that will take us over huge sand dunes on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
We'll travel in an off-roading vehicle towards Sandwich Harbour, a perfect place for nature lovers. Here, you'll be able to spot flamingos and other birds flying over the Namib Desert landscapes. We'll then approach the Walvis Lagoon, a wetland of great environmental value, which is also home to many endangered species.
When we arrive, you'll be surprised by the landscapes that we'll have before us. Do you know the reason for its peculiar pinkish tone? We'll tell you all about its peculiarities! In addition, to make sure you don't miss anything, we'll make different stops so that you can take pictures of the landscapes of Sandwich Harbour.
Afterwards, we'll go on a fun off-roading tour up and down the huge dunes of the Namib, the best way to explore this area. To complete the tour, we'll stop at the top of a dune to enjoy a picnic accompanied by drinks, such as wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
With this good taste in our mouths, we'll start our way back and leave you at your hotel 5 hours later.
