Os lugares visitados são inigualáveis, sempre tive vontade de conhecer. Achei desnecessária a degustação de café, o tempo poderia ter sido melhor aproveitado se utilizado para almoçar em alguma das localidades visitadas. O guia muito bom, o ônibus também, bom. Só não gostei do local aonde fomos pegar o ônibus, e onde fomos deixados no final do passeio. Estava chovendo e demoramos para pegar o táxi para o hotel. Translate this opinion into English.

The places we visited are unparalleled; I've always wanted to visit. I thought the coffee tasting was unnecessary; the time could have been better spent having lunch at one of the locations we visited. The guide was excellent, and the bus was also good. Wonderful! Vanessa, the guide, was exceptional and demonstrated a passion for her work. She delivered all the information about the places we visited well. The only downside is that the wine tasting isn't worth it. It's just two glasses of basic wines. Dificuldade em encontrar o ponto de encontro, pelo aplicativo aparece o ponto dentro da estação de trem porém não informa o local apropriado. Tentativa de contato com a operadora, sem sucesso. A degustação de vinhos não vale a pena, ela acontece dentro de um restaurante e com apenas dois tipos de vinho e uma explicação muito breve. Na cidade existem vários tipos de degustações com custo-beneficio melhores.

Los pueblos a visitar preciosos. El tiempo para comer quizás un poco escaso y no me gustó nada que 45 minutos de la excursión se dedicaron a una visita no programada a una fábrica de café donde nos querían vender sus productos. Bastante ajustado es el programa, hubiéramos preferido comer más tranquilos o pasear ese tiempo por Pienza. La guía Ana muy maja, resolutiva y con buenas indicaciones. El chofer Ivan, genial. The villages we visited were beautiful. There was perhaps not enough time to eat and I didn't like at all that 45 minutes of the excursion were spent on an unscheduled visit to a coffee factory where they wanted to sell us their products. The programme was quite tight, we would have preferred to eat more quietly or walk around Pienza for that time. The guide Ana was very nice, helpful and gave good directions.
