Tour Details

We'll start this free night tour of Madrid by meeting at the indicated time in Plaza Mayor. What better place to begin a tour of Madrid?

From icon of the Spanish capital, we'll stroll through charming streets, admiring the city's emblematic buildings lit up at night. We'll reach the famous Market of San Miguel, an absolute must-visit in Madrid.

Next, we'll stroll along Calle Mayor. Walking up this important street, we'll reach the Plaza de la Villa, a charming square that's home to some of the oldest buildings in the city.

Continuing from there, we'll reach the Royal Palace, stopping at the viewpoint of the Cornice of the Royal Palace. At this viewpoint, located between the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace, we'll enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Casa de Campo. Be sure to snap a photo!

We'll continue to the Almudena Cathedral, where we'll marvel at its stunning architecture and learn about its history. We'll then cross the lively Calle Arenal and arrive at the vibrant Puerta del Sol, where we'll see the façade of the Casa de Correos, with its emblematic clock that every December 31st announces the chimes of New Year's Eve.

From there, we'll walk up Calle Alcalá, passing the Galería Canalejas luxury shopping centre and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, which was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural in 1981. We'll also walk past the iconic Cibeles fountain in front of Cibeles Palace, which hosts the City Council of Madrid.

Finally, we'll reach the spectacular Puerta de Alcalá, one of the most famous monuments in the city.
