Ramos Generales Restaurant Dinner
Dinner at the Ramos Generales Restaurant
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Mendoza and take a half-hour trip to Bodega Kaiken, home to the Ramos Generales restaurant. Are you ready to enjoy a magical evening among the vineyards?
Located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, this prestigious winery is home to this open-air restaurant run by renowned chef Francis Mallmann. Ramos Generales offers a unique and relaxed experience with open-fire cooking and décor inspired by old village warehouses.
Once we arrive, we'll sit down at the table and begin a delicious dinner consisting of:
Starter (to choose between):
- Empanadas from Mendoza and Llajua
- Grilled Lincoln beef, tomatoes, cashew nuts and ground chilli
It will be paired with a glass of Ultra Malbec or Ultra Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
Main course (to choose between):
- Ribeye steak with chimichurri, Anna potatoes, cherry tomatoes, carrots and red onion
- Cavatelli and artichokes cooked over embers, pesto, orange peel, frittata bread and fresh rocket
The main course will be paired with a glass of Disobedience by Francis Mallmann wine.
Dessert (to choose between):
- Pionono with dulce de leche, red berries, mascarpone cream and fresh mint
- Grilled pineapple, mascarpone and chocolate ganache
Served with a glass of sparkling wine or Ultra Pinot Noir.
After dinner, and with this delicious taste still in your mouth, we'll take you back to your hotel, where we'll say goodbye 4 hours later.
