Pag Bay Kayak Tour
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at a meeting point in Ul. Silvija Strahimira Kranjčevića 1. Once we're all together, we'll begin this kayak tour of Pag Bay.
Firstly, we'll have a quick introductory chat so you can take part in the activity correctly and safely. Then, we'll be ready for the adventure! We'll begin paddling in the direction of Cape Sušac and, on the way, we'll pass under the impressive rocks of Stogaj and Teplice.
Upon arrival at Sušac Beach, we'll make a quick stop to rest, and if you wish, jump out of the kayak and swim in the beautiful waters of the Adriatic Sea. Afterwards, we'll continue the tour to the opposite side of Pag Bay, surrounded by the spectacular karst landscape and the crystal blue sea.
We'll paddle along the islets of Veli Maškalić and Mali Maškalić, and skirt the rocky hill of Mali Zaton beach, until we reach the pebble beach of Veli Zaton, where we'll take a second swimming break. This last place offers a spectacular view of the Velebit Mountain and the Pag Gate, the passage that connects the Bay of Pag and the Velebit Channel.
Next, we'll continue the tour through the Gače Cave, which is about 100 metres (328 ft) long, to Malin, a secluded rocky beach with a freshwater spring nearby. The last swimming stop will be at Beriknica Beach, a symbol of the island of Pag.
Finally, we'll return to the mainland and return to the meeting point to end this 4-hour and 20-minute experience.
