Cabo Vidío Hiking Tour

At the appointed time we'll meet at the viewpoint of Cueva, which belongs to Oviñana. Water mills. Along the way, we'll see pretty beaches and breathtaking cliffs around Cabo Vidío. 

We'll start walking towards Cabo Vidío, admiring the incredible views it offers of the rugged coastline of Cudillero, also known as the Pixueta coast.

We'll reach the lighthouse of Cabo Vidío, inaugurated in 1950 and now a symbol of the Asturian coast. From this area we can see cliffs that are almost 100 metres (328 feet) high. In addition, from Cabo Vidío we can also see numerous seagulls and shaggy cormorants. Keep your eyes peeled!

We'll skirt the lighthouse and, after seeing other viewpoints in the area, we'll go to Vallina beach. This area is very reminiscent of the landscapes found in the north of the British Isles. We'll tell you about their similarities and differences and, if the tide is low, we'll go to a cove where we'll see a waterfall that falls directly into the sea!

We'll finish the tour after three and a half hours arriving back at the starting point.
