Hemos ido 4 amigos y a. Los cuatro nos a encantado súper atentos con agua fría y snack cada vez. Q se terminaba una actividad nuestro guía francisco se le nota q le gusta su trabajo atento a cualquier pregunta o duda resoviendo todo la excursión no se con q destino me quedaría como el mejor el cenote de los 3 q llevo visitados es el q mas me a gustado buenos a gustado a los 4 la recomiendo al 100% sin querer dejar atrás a nuestro conductor gracias por este dia Translate this opinion into English.

We went with 4 friends and all four of us loved it. They were super attentive with cold water and snacks every time. When an activity was over, our guide Francisco was very attentive to any question or doubt, sorting out everything during the excursion. I don't know which destination I would choose as the best. La excursión es muy completa, Tulum ha perdido lo expectacular de sus playas, pero las instalaciones han mejorado mucho. El nado con tortugas de Akumal está muy bien, habían muchas y nos encantó a toda la familia. La parte del cenote tambien, no habíamos estado antes en uno cerrado, más que snorkel es espeleología, muy recomendable junto con la comida en ese lugar. Grupo reducido. Nos facilitaron agua y sombrilla para afrontar la visita a Tulum, que fue muy básica. Nos hubiera gustado más información. Akumal está sobre explotado con muchísima gente, aún así es toda una experiencia totalmente recomendable. El cenote es espectacular pero tienen que mejorar la limpieza de los baños (impracticables), la instalación de vestuarios individuales y la limpieza de los chalecos, que se reutilizan sin lavado previo.

Small group. We were provided with water and an umbrella to help us navigate the visit to Tulum, which was very basic. We would have liked more information. Akumal is overcrowded with tons of people, but it's still a highly recommended experience. The cenote is spectacular, but they need to improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms (impractical), the installation of individual changing rooms, and the cleaning of life jackets, which are reused without prior washing.

La actividad fue muy intensa y completa: la visita a Tulum fue justa y necesaria, vimos lo que tuvimos que ver sin rodeos. La información referente al lugar fue justa, nos dieron los datos básicos.
