Una pasada! Vimos un montón de animales. Para mí es un must. El personal suuuupermajos y atentos. El viaje muy cómodo. La verdad que solo pues decir cosas buenas. También me gustó que aunque estás cerca de los animales, la embarcación lo respeta y los deja bastante espacio aunque tú puedes verlo lo cual para mí era importante. Ya os digo salimos encantados. Gran experiencia. En nuestro caso, fuimos sentados en las escaleras de la parte delantera del barco y se divisaba todo muy bien. Vimos muchos delfines y una ballena con su cria. Los guias son estupendos. Antes de subir al barco te explican como estan las condiciones del mar por si eres una persona que se marea y hay mucho oleaje te dan la opcion de que puedas cambiar el dia si no quieres subir. Tambien puedes pedir reembolso o cambiar tu dia si no llegas a ver ningun animal. Comunica la Empresa que por avería del catamarán la actividad se realiza en Zodiac o lancha rígida. La travesía hasta intentar ver ballenas es infernal.. totalmente empapados (los impermeables que te facilitan son inútiles) y varios pasajeros vomitando por la borda. Ha sido muy desagradable ver gente muy mayor descompuesta y pasándolo mal. No está advertido las condiciones de ese tipo de barco. La tripulación muy amable pero no han podido hacer más. Creo que de debió de cancelar.

The company reports that due to a catamaran breakdown, the activity is being carried out on a Zodiac or rigid boat.
