Realicé una visita guiada por Riga y contratada desde aquí, pagando 15 Euros por persona. Mi sorpresa fue que éramos los únicos que habíamos pagado. El resto del grupo (unas 25 personas) habían contratado la visita a través de free tour y pagaban la voluntad. Empezamos la visita después de aclarar con la central que nosotros ya habíamos pagado. A parte de esto la guía excelente.

La gestión de Civitatis fue pésima ya que, después de tener la visita reservada, pagada previamente y confirmada nos cambiaron la hora de la misma excusándose en una alta demanda. No me parece serio no brindar un servicio contratado previamente Además la guía no tenia el suficiente nivel de castellano como para explicar la visita.

Teníamos una ruta guiada a las 10:00h. No apareció el guía . Después de tener que llamar nosotros nos dicen que la han anulado. (Sin motivo) Que si queríamos nos podíamos unir a un Free tour a las 11:00h. Unas 40 personas. No recomiendo Civitatis en Letonia.
