At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and make our way to 2 iconic stadiums in the city: Maracaná and Presidente Manoel Schwartz.
We'll first head over to the Fluminense Football Club's stadium, Manoel Schwartz, to learn all about one of the greatest teams in the history of Brazilian football. Once we arrive, we'll venture into its museum to explore the club's Trophy Room, as well as the Arnaldo Guinle Room and the Noble Fluminense Room.
During the tour, we'll discuss the origins of the club. Did you know that it was founded by an English citizen born in Brazil? After admiring the Trophy Room and remembering this team's greatest wins, like the Copa Libertadores, we'll go on to visit the Honour Tribune and Social Tribune.
Additionally, we'll also visit the changing rooms and pitch, where you'll have the chance to kick a penalty. It'll be such a special moment! To top off this tour of the Fluminense's home turf, we'll see the busts of some of the greatest players who have moved through the ranks, such as Nelson Rodrigues, Carlos Castilho, Oscar Cox, Preguinho, Assis, and Washington.
Afterwards, we'll head over to one of the most emblematic spots in Rio de Janeiro, the famous Maracaná Stadium. This site has witnessed some of the most important moments in sports history, making it an unmissable visit.
We'll spend 1.5 hours touring Maracaná Stadium, visiting its essential spots, like the permanent exhibition that brings together featured pieces of Brazilian football history, the changing rooms, and the press room, as well as its iconic pitch. You'll get to step foot on the grass that witnessed the "Maracanazo"!
After 4 hours filled with football fun, we'll take you back to your hotel, where this tour will come to an end.
